Slow Flow is an active, yet gentle vinyasa-style class. We move through connected sequences of postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners but satisfying for more advanced yogis as well. Options are presented to increase or decrease the physical intensity of the postures so students can find their ideal level of exertion balanced with ease. Each class will incorporate pranayama (breath-work) and finish with soothing restorative and/or yin postures to bring the body and mind into harmony. Namaste!
